The continuous evolution of the financial market and, in particular, the legislative innovations that have allowed SMEs and non-institutional operators to access the capital market with relative ease, have prompted Lexcc to consolidate specific expertise in managing the many regulatory compliance and supervisory issues that characterise this evolution.

In particular, Lexcc has assisted numerous portals in the process of authorisation for registration in the register provided for by Article 50-quinquies of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 to carry out Equity and/or Debt Crowdfunding activities as well as a number of SMEs to issue debt instruments, set up credit AIFs, heterogesting SICAFs, payment institutions and Blockchain platforms.
